      Your industry experience and educational qualification do not matter.

2. UI/UX Designer

     If you have a strong interest and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences, this might be ideal for you.

     

     You should also possess:

     a. Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability.

    b. Ability to create wireframes and strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript/JQuery is a big plus

     d. Past history of being an outstanding team player

3. Business Development Manager

    

    We are in search of an outstanding candidate with 0-2 years experience to join us. The selected candidates will drive the sales of our software products in the education sector.

     You should also possess:

     a. Keen interest towards sales

     b. Ability to connect with potential customers and convert leads to sales

     c. Ability to gather market information to find prospective clients

     d. Ability to focus on building long term customer relationships

     e. Ability to identify potential sales opportunities

NASSCOM HR Summit 2015, Chennai.

Yet again, I was lucky to attend one of the biggest HR Summits so far in 2015. Twelfth edition of National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) HR Summit which was held on 23rd & 24th July, 2015 at ITC Grand Chola, in Chennai.

At NASSCOM HR Summit 2015, the focus was around how digitization is impacting the various roles and functions of the HR Professionals and how HR needs to adapt to this digital wave. The summit saw around 1000 participants in different sectors from various parts of the country. 

Mr. R. Chandrashekhar, President, NASSCOM, stated, "Digital is reshaping everything around us. The need of the hour is to focus on People, Process and Technology disruptions to meet the just in time demands of the industry while enhancing the employee experience of the new millennial workforce. Technology and Digital led HR will need to focus on building specialists and be strategic partners in bringing in enhanced agility while hedging the associated risks."

Hello everyone!

We are delighted to let you know that TeamSuccesso had partnered with Delhi Public School, North Bangalore, for their "Inter DPS ICT Workshop 2015" which was held from July 31st to August 2nd at DPS, Bangalore North Campus.

The event saw delegates coming from various DPS spread across India and Middle East. The event had participation from around 51 schools and 6500 teachers.

TeamSuccesso at Mumbai HR Summit, 2015.

Hello everyone!

Hope you all are doing good!

While I am writing this blog, I asked myself, why this city is so special?  Yes the "City of Dreams", Bombay and eventually Mumbai! Too much has been written and heard about this city. But the real experience has blown my mind away. There's something special and unique about the city, be it the landscape, the people, the food. Absolutely Unbelievable!

Yes, TeamSuccesso had the privilege to be a part of "Mumbai HR Summit 2015", held at Ramada Powai Hotel, on 22nd & 23rd May 2015. The event was organized by Institute of HRD, a member of International Federation of Training & Development Organizations (IFTDO), UK. We were one among the sponsors and we had been allotted a Kiosk to display our products to the delegates.

The chosen theme was "Learning & Development Strategies for Organizational Competitiveness". Summit was attended by over 200 HR professionals from India, Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East. The summit witnessed presentations and deliberations by eminent CEO's, Researchers, Senior HR Professionals and Academicians.
