1. Developer
If you are highly passionate about programming and know at least two programming language one of which is Java, this role might be for you.
You should also possess:
a. Past history of solving complex problems
b. High result orientation
c. A keen follower of web and mobile application development
d. Past history of being an outstanding team player
Your industry experience and educational qualification do not matter.
2. UI/UX Designer
If you have a strong interest and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences, this might be ideal for you.
You should also possess:
a. Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability.
b. Ability to create wireframes and strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript/JQuery is a big plus
d. Past history of being an outstanding team player
3. Business Development Manager
We are in search of an outstanding candidate with 0-2 years experience to join us. The selected candidates will drive the sales of our software products in the education sector.
You should also possess:
a. Keen interest towards sales
b. Ability to connect with potential customers and convert leads to sales
c. Ability to gather market information to find prospective clients
d. Ability to focus on building long term customer relationships
e. Ability to identify potential sales opportunities
f. Ability to connect with potential customers and convert leads to sales
g. Expertise in software development
